organization chart....aiya!! tired thingking bout this issue...along 3 months i have this position, 3x the organization chart have changed...i also don't know what is the main problem...my bosses said
"as usual, we lacking of staff".....
1st: i have to incharge zone salatan~because i'm a new staff and zone sarawak for phase 1,finished already
2nd: i have to take over sarawak because phase 2 will coming soon
3rd:remain with sarawak but add on another task DMC project-involved high rise building (high profile project which is directly to our ketua pengarah)
4rd:drop the DMC project, remained Sarawak + zone timur......
'erkk...2+ 17 + 11 = 30...30 tapak? mampu ke aku buat?'..
that was a first question raise in my mind...whole day keep thingking bout that...
actually....i also blur , dunno wether i'm happy or not...
DMC~high profile project~high rise building, my dreams to handle that kind of project, but lil bit difficult. i have to lies directly with bosses & of couse the procedure become more serioues (don't ever try to make mistake)....timur~~never ever cross my mind..... en abu john said 'mesti boleh punyer, xcuber x tau '.....sooo...better try first & try harder ...chaiyok!!
